FDM printing inevitably has layer patterns and support marks. If you mind, you can choose SLA resin material for printing

3D printed items are prone to damage during transportation in the logistics package. Please open the package in front of the courier and confirm if the item is intact. If any damage is found, please take photos of the damaged part and inside and outside the packaging for evidence and refuse to sign for it. Finally, please contact customer service for a replacement or refund.
3D printed items are custom-made and require some hands-on skills. In principle, we do not accept returns without serious quality issues or reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
