How do I start a custom order?

The best way to begin is by emailing us at Elkvalley3d@gmail.com. If you have a file ready, sending an STL, OBJ, STEP, or 3MF will speed up the quoting process. Quotes are always free.

What if I have an idea but no 3D model?

No file? No problem. For a small creative design fee, we can turn your sketches, thoughts, or feelings into a digital model. We use advanced CAD modeling to bring your dreams into reality.

Can you print in color?

Absolutely. We can print in most colors available on the market today. We are also innovating our processes to eventually match the full spectrum of 10 million colors.

Can you handle bulk or small-batch production?

Yes. We can manage production runs of over 100 units. Contact us with your timeline for a custom volume quote.

What materials do you use?

We specialize in high-performance, long-lasting polymers such as PETG, TPU (flexible), ABS, ASA, and PC (Polycarbonate). We also offer sustainable, recycled, and biodegradable options upon request.

How strong are the parts?

Our printers are calibrated for maximum precision. We can adjust print specifications to make parts "near indestructible" for heavy-duty industrial use. If a print does not meet your standards, let us know immediately.

Are your materials food-safe?

Yes. We understand the importance of avoiding microplastics and chemical leaching. We source high-quality materials that comply with food-safe regulations. Please specify the intended use of your part during the ordering process so we can select the appropriate material.

Do you offer post-processing?

Yes. We provide professional finishing services, including support removal, sanding, polishing, and specialty coatings.

How long will my order take?

Standard Items: 1–4 days for production.

Custom Prints: 2–7 days.

Large Assemblies: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.

What are your shipping rates?

U.S. & Canada: 3–7 business days.

International: 7–21 business days.

Local Pickup: Available upon request.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

To ensure the fastest delivery, some items may ship separately from different fulfillment partners.

What is your return policy?

Standard Items: Returnable within 30 days if unused.

Custom Items: Due to their unique nature, custom orders are non-eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email photos of the damage to Elkvalley3d@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
