Thank you for shopping with Elk Valley 3D. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
📋 Return Eligibility & Timeframe
  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
📥 How to Start a Return

  2. Approval: If accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Important: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

  • Cooling-Off Period: Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
  • Sale Items: This right applies to all items, including those purchased on sale.
  • Shipping Costs: We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label upon request. Items must still meet our standard condition eligibility rules.
🛑 Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
  • Custom Products: Special orders, 3D prints made to order, or personalized items.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Clearance items and gift cards are final sale (except where required by EU/UK law).
  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or other hazardous goods.
  • Perishables & Personal Care: Food, plants, or beauty products.
⚡ Damages, Issues, and Exchanges
  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can fix it.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item. Once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
💰 Refunds
  • Inspection: We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm approval.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Delays: Banks and credit card companies can take extra time to post refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval notice, please contact us immediately.
